Ground Bison

This is the best local 100% grass fed and finished bison.

The bison herd is moved to new pastures using regenerative grazing techniques that mimic animals moving naturally through the wilds.  Amazingly, they regenerate the land, building soil and earth health, along with being the most nutrient-dense food on the planet.

Ground meats are our favorite.  Why?  

1. Because they are the most economical cut.

2. They are part of a greater system of eating from nose-to-tail.

3. They contain lots of tendons and ligaments (all the nutrient-dense but inedible bits), plus healthy fat!
